• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.

The imcuci platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. imcuci makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully meet all of your requirements.

Imcuci shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses incurred through use of the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond imcuci's control.
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from the use of inaccurate or incomplete information you provided during registration.
